PARISH ACCOUNT | Ancient Faith Store Wholesale Account Application for bookstores affiliated with a church, parish, mission, or monastery.
This application is for parishes and churches that do not operate a bookstore or book table but would like to receive discounts on hundreds of products from Ancient Faith Publishing including bibles, books, calendars, greeting cards, icons, and literature rack materials. This application is a good fit for parishes that operate a library or church school, host book clubs, Sunday school, occasional fundraisers, or offer bibles or other gifts to parishioners. Parish accounts are also eligible to receive bulk discounts on many non-Ancient Faith Publishing products sold at Ancient Faith Store.
Qualifying bookstores are entitled to receive wholesale discounts at Ancient Faith Store on Ancient Faith Publishing bibles, books, calendars, greeting cards, icons, and literature rack materials, plus limited bulk discounts on hundreds of third-party books and gifts available at Ancient Faith Store. Carefully read the instructions below before completing the required fields above and proceeding to "checkout". Allow a minimum of 2-3 business days for the approval process.
1) Please have a digital copy of your state reseller permit or sales tax exemption certificate ready for attachment.
The state of California requires a reseller permit for sales tax exemption. No other documentation will work for this purpose.
2) Please have a letter from your parish priest authorizing the creation of a wholesale parish account with Ancient Faith Store ready for attachment. Additionally, this letter should grant authorization, by name, to parish purchasing agents who will be allowed to make orders on behalf of the account. Unauthorized parishioners and personnel will not be allowed to place orders on the account.
3) OFFICIAL EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE BOOKSTORE
IMPORTANT: Only use the official email address of the bookstore when applying today. No other email address will work for this purpose. We will not allow a personal email address to be used as an official email address of the parish in our online store. THE OFFICIAL EMAIL MUST BE USED AT CHECKOUT WITH THIS APPLICATION. If an improper email address is used at checkout with this application, the application will not be processed.

4) Only use the physical mailing address of the church when applying today. Shipping addresses and billing PO Boxes may be entered under My Account when logged in. Always include the church name as the company name on all addresses.
