Shipping FAQ

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Follow these steps for a shipping estimate:

  1. Add items to your cart
  2. Click the "Estimate Shipping & Tax" button
  3. Choose your Country, State/Province, and Zip/Postcode
  4. Click the "Estimate Shipping & Tax" button again to view eligible shipping methods and their rates

How do you determine shipping rates for an order?

  1. Weight
  2. Location

When comparing shipping rates between USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, please note that the more expensive shipping option does not mean faster shipping.

We recommend USPS (United States Postal Service) for lighter orders. We recommend UPS (United Parcel Service) for heavier orders.

What are my shipping options and how long will it take to receive my order?

$5 Flat-Rate Shipping - Please allow 7 - 14 days or longer to receive your order. Split shipments are possible when choosing this method. Do not select $5 Flat-Rate Shipping for time-sensitive orders.

UPS Ground - Please allow an average of 2-5 business days to receive your order (occasionally longer, particularly to the West Coast of the United States).

USPS Priority Mail - Please allow an average of 2-5 business days to receive your order (occasionally longer).

USPS First-Class Mail - Please allow an average of 2-7 business days to receive your order (occasionally longer). First-Class mail is weight restricted. Based on the items in your cart, it may or may not appear as an option.

USPS MediaMail - Please allow up to 14 days or longer to receive your order. MediaMail is reserved for printed matter, CD's, and DVD's only. It is the lowest priority delivery option provided by the USPS. It is not uncommon for tracking numbers to take one week or more to update. Do not select MediaMail for time-sensitive orders.

Where can I find my tracking information?

UPS and USPS tracking numbers will be posted to your online account within 24 hours of being made available to us by the carrier.

To view your tracking information you must sign into your account at, then go to My Account > View Order Status > View Order Details. You will find tracking information there if it is available. Click the tracking number to be taken to the external USPS or UPS tracking page. Various tracking number notifications will also be emailed to you.

If you checked out as a guest, your tracking information will only be provided via email.

Do you ship weekends?

No. Orders placed Friday afternoon and evening and over the weekend will not ship until the next business day.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. Allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks to receive an international order.

Do you offer overnight or expedited shipping?

Yes. UPS Next Day, UPS 2-Day, and UPS 3-Day shipping is available. You must call 800-967-7377 (M-F 9am - 6pm CST) to place your order or to receive an estimate if you are in need of expedited shipping.
