When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of being placed.
My parish has a wholesale account. May I order using that account?
No. Only authorized personnel, pre-approved by Ancient Faith Store, may order on behalf of wholesale accounts.
I finalized an order but would like to add a product or products to it. Is this possible?
In most instances, we are not able to add products to existing orders. A new order will have to be placed.
Where can I find my order history?
Sign in to your account. View "My Account > Completed" and you will find your complete order history. Guest checkout orders will not be available in your order history.
May I add a gift note to an order?
Sure. Use the "Customer comments" field at checkout to include your very brief message (less than 50 characters) to the recipient. Your message will be printed on the packing slip enclosed with the order. There is no pricing information on a packing slip.
