This recording contains all the hymns of the Akathist Hymn to the Mother of God, sung with the massed male sound of the Greek Byzantine Choir, for which they have become so well known. 

Originally made in 1994, it was one of the early albums that put Lycorgous Angelopoulos and the Greek Byzantine Choir on the map. This version has been re-engineered, and thus is somewhat clearer.
