AV Cabin Reservation during Lord of Sprits Conference

Thanks to your enthusiasm, lodging for the Lord of Spirits Conference at the Antiochian Village Conference Center is sold out. In order to offer more lodging on the campus of the Antiochian Village, we are offering cabin reservations at the Antiochian Village Camp. There is a limited number of cabins available.

Before purchasing a cabin reservation, please review the photos at avcamp.org/about/facilities/ and read the below information thoroughly.

• Camp cabins sleep up to 8 people each, between 4 bunk beds. Guests must provide their own bed and bath linens.
• Camp cabins have one bathroom with a shower. There are no kitchen facilities. Please do not bring food into the cabins.
• Camp cabins are heated and cooled.
• Camp cabins do not have keys or locks. Please keep your valuables with you. Ancient Faith and the Antiochian Village are not responsible for the damage or loss of personal property.
• Please be prepared for the short walk from the cabins to the Conference Center. It will be late October and may be cold and raining.
• One registrant must purchase the cabin reservation and provide the names of all registrants they expect to stay in their cabin for emergency and liability purposes. Failure to provide a list of roommates by August 26, 2023 will result in the cancellation of your cabin reservation. The cabin reservation price is a flat rate for lodging only. Partial refunds will not be provided should there be issues splitting costs between roommates. Email Ellie Bernasol, ellie@ancientfaith.com, with your list of roommates and their email addresses (sooner rather than later, please!).
• Each cabin guest (including the cabin reservation purchaser) must also purchase a meals-and-sessions registration. The cabin reservation is a lodging-only registration and does not include any food or sessions at the Lord of Spirits Conference. All meals will be eaten in the Conference Center dining hall and all sessions will be at the Conference Center.
• A note on roommates: Please be wise and safe in your selection and coordination of roommates. Ancient Faith and Antiochian Village are not able to coordinate roommates and will not be involved in resolving any roommate issues.
• Damage to camp cabins is the responsibility of the cabin reservation purchaser.

By purchasing a cabin reservation, you agree that you have reviewed the facility images, read the above information thoroughly, and shared the above with your roommates.
